Caruso Properties hired our Digital Placemaking Studio to overhaul their social media presence and create custom digital content for various platforms. The initial goal was to bring a cohesive story to their signature properties, The Grove and The Americana at Brand, both in the Greater Los Angeles area. Both of these popular shopping destinations needed a social media presence to match their public personas.

The G&B team worked hand in hand with Caruso’s internal PR and Marketing teams to create the overall desirable, almost romantic aesthetic for Instagram shots, captions and general digital content. We also had key LA area influencers involved in promotion of both properties as part of their placemaking package. Together the strategy paid off in not only bringing a central storyline to each properties’, but increasing interest from followers in spending more time on their Instagram content.
