The Triple Take Accessories Issue: Shoes, Bomber Jackets and Shoes...OH MY!

We all know accessories are a staple in the fashion world, but where do you start? Shoes, hair, jewelry, outerwear? The choices can seem overwhelming and daunting at times, but if you are smart (and we know you are because you follow our bloggers), then you have the perfect guides to take you down the accessories rabbit hole without fear of getting lost.

Tommy Lei: Men’s Shoes
Let’s just say Tommy is the EXPERT in men’s shoes. He knows how to find the best of the best and how to wear it well without sacrificing comfort and style. The hidden gem to his shoe treasure is the Gucci Horsebit Lug-Soled Leather Loafers.

But if you are on a budget and don’t have an extra $500 + to spend on fabulous Gucci anything, try the next shoe on his must have list, the Aldo Alalisien-R. These are great for sight-seeing, Casual Friday or brunch with the bestie, basically a must own.

Kris Cherie: Metallic Bomber
I, for one, am so happy she did a post on bombers. Since Jr. High (yep, even then), I was a sucker for a good bomber jacket. They have endless possibilities and every one is better than the next. I ADORE the metallic bomber that Kristine is sporting in last week’s blog. Bombers are not just a Fall/Winter staple, they are a Spring must have.

David’s Been here: Best Cold Weather Shoes
David recaps a Viking Cruise from Bavaria to Budapest in October. During this time of year, it would be cold and wet in the countries he would be visiting so he would have to pack smart to adjust to the changing weather patterns (and to avoid access baggage fees). David partnered with UGG for the trip and took two pairs of shoes and one pair of slippers.

Hannen Boots were great for rainy days – they’re made of waterproof leather and lines with super soft UGGpure™ wool lining. They are also comfortable for walking.

The other pair he took were the Lamont sneakers, which are more lightweight than the Hannen. These were great for the warmer days and dressy enough for a night out. These are also made of leather and come with a comfy insole and Treadlite by UGG™ outsole that kept me light on my feet.

The third pair he took were the Scuff slippers, which became one of the go-to lounging staples. “They are made of extremely soft suede and have UGGpure™ wool lining inside, which made them my go-to shoe for lounging around the ship and in my room.”  - David
